Innergise Pty Ltd (“Innergise”) provides its content on innergise.com.au (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms. Please check them from time to time as they may be periodically revised. The Terms were last updated in April 2024.

1. Copyrights

All content and functionality on the Site, including logos, text, graphics and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Innergise or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Innergise hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content and functionality displayed on the Site (the “Site Content”) on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content. You acknowledge and agree that Innergise shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all comments and information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, survey responses, and otherwise, and you hereby waive any claims against Innergise for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Innergise’s use and publication of such submissions. You promise that you will not post or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that (a) are threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene; (b) would constitute, or that encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law; (c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties; (d) contain a computer virus or other destructive element; (e) contain advertising; or (f) constitute or contain false or misleading statements. Innergise does not and cannot review all information posted to the Site by users and is not responsible for such information. Innergise reserves the right to refuse to post and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.

If you believe that any intellectual property right or inappropriate material is contained, posted or published on the Site please contact Innergise via enquiry@innergise.com.au identifying the content of concern, a detailed explanation of the basis of that concern, and your name, address, daytime telephone number and email address.

4. Personal data

No personal data is collected other than that which you may include in comments on posts on this Site or share in order to obtain information, documents, books or other proprietary materials from Innergise. No personal data is actively shared, transferred or sold to third parties. Furthermore, no personal data is sourced from third parties for marketing or other purposes other than that which may be publicly available. Personal contact information may be retained in secure formats and locations and for durations as required by law. You can request information on the data we hold about you at any time by submitting a request to enquiry@innergise.com.au.

We may provide links to third-party websites and related content. Innergise has no responsibility for these third-party websites which are governed by any Terms of Use and privacy policies of the applicable third-party content providers.

6. Security

We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personal and proprietary information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorised persons are provided access to information on or obtained via this Site.

This includes the use of reCAPTCHA v3. Your use of reCAPTCHA v3 is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. reCAPTCHA is only be used to fight spam and abuse on our site; it is not used for any other purposes such as determining credit worthiness or financial status.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria in Australia.
